1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.xscapecleaning.ca or booking services with Xscape Cleaning Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Province of Ontario.
2. Service Policies & Expectations

Arrival Windows: While we strive for punctuality, arrival times are estimates. Factors such as GTA traffic and weather may affect our arrival. We generally operate within a 1 hour arrival window.

Safety & Exclusions: For the safety of our staff, we do not clean bio-hazards (mould, bodily fluids, animal waste), heavy hoarding situations, or areas higher than a 3-step ladder. We do not move heavy furniture.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property (keys, codes, or being present). If we cannot enter, a lockout fee may apply.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value our cleaners' time.

Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or instances where our team is locked out, may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds; our commitment is to "make it right."
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Xscape Cleaning inc. and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or scrape content from our site without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xscape Cleaning Inc. is insured; however, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage (e.g., worn flooring, loose fixtures).

Damage caused by third parties or pets left unattended during service.

Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xscape Cleaning Inc. and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
