Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies or vacuum? No. Our team arrives fully equipped with high-quality vacuums, microfibers, and professional-grade solutions. If you prefer us to use a specific product you own, we are happy to accommodate your request.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning appointment? Most of our clients provide a key, concierge access, or a lockbox code. We ensure your home is secure when we leave, so you can return to a pristine space without needing to interrupt your day.
What is your pet policy? We are a pet-friendly service. Our eco-friendly products are safe for animals. We simply ask that you inform us if your pet is prone to anxiety so we can ensure they are comfortable while we work.
How do you handle payments and tipping? We offer convenient digital payment options. While tipping is never required, it is a generous way to show appreciation for exceptional service—10% to 20% is the common standard in the GTA.
What is your cancellation policy? To respect our cleaners' schedules, we require 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list.
What if I am not satisfied with the service? Your satisfaction is our priority. If we ever miss a spot, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost to you.
